Navigator Explained

Easily Access Your Most Used Payroll Tasks!
Make your most used payroll tasks a breeze using e-PayDay® Business Edition™’s Navigator feature. Ideal to help make End-Of-Year processing even easier, Pay Runs a breeze, and setting up a new Company easy! The Navigator can be easily accessed from many locations within e-PayDay® Business Edition™. Additional Navigation Flowcharts will be added in future Versions of e-PayDay® Business Edition™.

To access Navigator once you have added your Company, click Navigator from the sidebar. From Navigator, the following flowcharts are presently available;

• Start Navigator
  • Add Awards & Agreements
  • Add any additional Pay Types that are required;
    • Add Pay Rates
    • Add Allowances
    • Add Deductions
  • Add Superannuation Funds
  • Add your Employees
  • Begin processing Pay Runs.
• Pay Run Navigator
  • Pay an Individual Employee
  • Pay All/Selected Employees
  • Process a Cessation (Termination) Pay)
  • Print, Export or e-Mail
