Downgrade from e-PayDay® X Legacy to e-PayDay FREEPAY®

!Before attempting the below procedure, please
1. Contact Administration and Sales to advise us that you intend to downgrade your subscription.
2. Ensure you have 2 or fewer ACTIVE Employees.
3. Ensure you have only 1 Company/ABN added to the system (excluding the Practice Company)

if you have more than 1 Company and/or 2 ACTIVE Employees, then you will be unable to downgrade to e-PayDay FREEPAY®.

1. Click File > Company > Go to Folder
2. Minimise the Company Folder.
3. Close e-PayDay® X Legacy
4. Remaximise the Company Folder.
5. Navigate back to the e-PayDay BE Folder.
6. Open the Client.ini to update the following
   1. SerialNumber=: enter FREEPAY
   2. Save and close the Client.ini
7. Download and Install e-PayDay®, read here

!e-PayDay FREEPAY® does not include Support, however, upgrades and updates are still provided for Taxation and Legkliative requirement changes. If Support is required, assistance can be obtained through the Online Help (this) or by purchasing once-off assistance by contacting Administration and Sales
