1. Click Awards & Agreements > Edit Awards & Agreements or
    Click Award & Agreements from the Side Bar.
  2. Select the Award or Agreement to edit (click once to highlight).
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Shifts.
  5. Navigate to Weekday and Weekend Shifts.
  6. Next to Available Shifts, click on the drop-down menu to select each of the required Shift Profiles for this Award & Agreement.
  7. Navigate to Shift Rules.
  8. If required, enter a minimum number of hours required between each shift in Shifts MUST be at least a MINIMUM of 0:00 (hh:mm) apart
  9. If required, enter a minimum number of hours required for this for this Award & Agreement in Minimum hours per week 0.00
  10. If required, enter a maximum number of hours required for this for this Award & Agreement in Maximum hours per week 0.00
  11. If required, select Apply Maximum/Minimum setting during merge times in TimeCard?.
  12. Click Save.
