1. Click Employees > Edit Employees or
    Click Employees from the Side Bar.
  2. Select the employee to edit (click once to highlight).
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click HR.
  5. Navigate to Contact Details.
  6. Select an option from the drop-down menu depending on the information you wish to enter
    • Business e-Mail
    • Home e-Mail
  7. Enter the relevant e-mail address based on your selection
  8. Click Save then Exit.
