- Click Employees > Edit Employees or
Click Employees from the Side Bar.
- Select the employee to edit (click once to highlight).
- Click Edit.
- Click HR.
- Navigate to Contact Details.
- Select an option from the drop-down menu depending on the information you wish to enter
- Business e-Mail
- FTP Location
- Home e-Mail
- Web Page
- Enter the relevant e-mail address based on your selection
- Click Save then Exit.
