1. Click Employees > Edit Employees or
    Click Employees from the Side Bar.
  2. Navigate to Pay Status.
  3. Deselect Employed and Ceased.
  4. Select Inactive.
  5. Select the employee to edit (click once to highlight).
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Click Cessation.
  8. Navigate to Cessation Date
  9. Edit as required.
  10. Click Save then Exit.
