- Click Employees > Edit Employees or
Click Employees from the Side Bar.
- Navigate to Pay Status.
- Deselect Employed and Ceased.
- Select Inactive.
- Select the employee to edit (click once to highlight).
- Click Edit.
- Click Cessation.
- Navigate to Cessation Date
- Edit as required.
- Click Save then Exit.
