The Tax Scales database does not match the version of the software. This can occur if each of the client PC’s were updated, but the server was not.

  1. Obtain the latest Update here
  2. Once downloaded, right-click SUUP20XX.EXE and select Run as Administrator to start the e-PayDay® Installation.
  3. Right-Click on your Desktop Shortcut and select Properties
  4. Click Compatability
  5. Under Settings select Run this program as administrator.
  6. Click Apply then Ok
  7. Reopen e-PayDay® and attempt to preform the same action
