If your Company is not already open, Open your Company

Once your Company is open;

  1. Click File > Edit then Pay Run or
    Click File > Edit > Pay Run Preferences
  2. Navigate to e-Cost™ (Cost Centre) Options and select as required;
    1. All: Use previous e-Cost™ Cost Centre information in the current pay run for ALL employment types.
    2. Casual/Part Time: Use previous e-Cost™ Cost Centre information in the current pay run for only Casual and Part Time employment types.
    3. Full Time/Salary/Commission: Use previous e-Cost™ Cost Centre information in the current pay run for only Full Time, Salary and Commission employment types.
    4. None: Will not use previous e-Cost™ Cost Centre information in the current pay run.
  3. Click Save then Exit.
