The Pay Types Menu allows you to create new Pay Rates, Allowances and Deductions and view, edit and search within your existing Pay Types. This menu also provides quick links to several windows contained in Pay Types, as well as the ability to record Deduction Payee Payments and Print certain reports.
- New Pay Rate: Add a new Pay Rate
- Edit Pay Rate: Edit an existing Pay Rate
- New Allowance: Add a new Allowance
- Edit Allowance: Edit an existing Allowance
- New Deduction: Add a new Deduction
- Edit Deduction: Edit an existing Deduction
- Pay / Setup Payee Deductions: Process Deduction Payments
- Search Pay Types: Search and Replace Pay Type Settings.
- Print Pay Types
- Pay Rates: Print the Pay Rates List Report.
- Allowances: Print the Allowances List Report.
- Deductions: Print the Deductions List Report.
