Store a second copy of your e-PayDay® data in case of a virus

Before closing e-PayDay®,

1. Click Utilities > Backup ALL Companies data and archives.
2. Choose the external location to create the Backup to (eg. USB STICK or EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE).
3. Click Save.
4. Once the backup has completed, click Exit.
