Cessation / Termination Pay Rates

!Presently there are no default Termination Pay Types for Unused RDOs or Time Off In Lieu. As these payments are generally considered to be ETPs, the relevant leave balance will need to be reduced once the pay run is completed.

We have provided general guidance below, obtained from the ATO’s website, Withholding from unused leave payments on termination of employment & Table A: Withholding rates for ETPs, for the most suitable pay types based on the reason of termination.
