Error: Bad Command Line, when restoring backup or rolling back payrun.

This error is caused by the data being stored in a separate location to the location stored in the Company.EPD
E.g. Location A has file folder structure of “C:\e-PayDay BE\….” Location B has file folder structure of “R:\HR\Payroll\….”

When a backup is created, the folder structure inside the folder is matching Location B, but is trying to restore to a folder structure of Location A.
As the folder names are different to what is expected, the system can’t locate the data or recognize the folders and the above error is displayed..

Please discuss this issue with your IT personnel to determine where you would prefer the data to be located.
