1. Read here to set up your e-Time™ Import Configuration
  2. Click Pay Day > Process Pays > Time Cards (e-Time™) or
    Click Pay Day from the Side Bar then e-Time™
  3. Click Scan Times.
  4. Click Import,
  5. An alert will display: Data has been imported.
  6. Click Click here to Continue.
    If times are missing, contact the employee for information then manually enter the missing times to complete.
  7. Click Save and Next to navigate through each Employee.
  8. Click Post To Time Card.
  9. Click Time Card.
    As the times have been imported, Award Rate (1) will automatically be selected.
  10. If there are no changes to be made to the Time Card, click Post To Pay Run to export the total hours from e-Time™ into the Employees Pay Envelope or if changes are required, amend as necessary then click Save or Next until all amendments are actioned.
