- Read here to set up your e-Time™ Import Configuration
- Click Pay Day > Process Pays > Time Cards (e-Time™) or
Click Pay Day from the Side Bar then e-Time™
- Click Scan Times.
- Click Import,
- An alert will display: Data has been imported.
- Click Click here to Continue.
If times are missing, contact the employee for information then manually enter the missing times to complete.
- Click Save and Next to navigate through each Employee.
- Click Post To Time Card.
- Click Time Card.
As the times have been imported, Award Rate (1) will automatically be selected.
- If there are no changes to be made to the Time Card, click Post To Pay Run to export the total hours from e-Time™ into the Employees Pay Envelope or if changes are required, amend as necessary then click Save or Next until all amendments are actioned.
