    • Days: Number of days entitlement to RDO / TIL.
    • Hours: Number of hours entitlement to RDO / TIL based on the hours set in Award and number of days entered.
    • Accrual Method
      • Per Hour (Pro Rata): The Hourly Entitlement will be automatically multiplied by the number of hours entered during a pay run, and the total balance accumulated will be applied to the Employees Accrual Balances once the pay run is posted.
      • Per Hour (Pro Rata) Limited to yearly entitlement: The Hourly Entitlement will be automatically multiplied by the number of hours entered during a pay run, and the total balance accumulated will be applied to the Employees Accrual Balances once the pay run is posted, capping at the Yearly entitlement.
      • Per Pay Period (Lump Sum): The Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Entitlement will be automatically applied to the Employees Accrual Balances once the pay run is posted.
      • Per Pay Period (Lump Sum) Limited to yearly entitlement: The Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Entitlement will be automatically applied to the Employees Accrual Balances once the pay run is posted, capping at the Yearly entitlement.
      • Percentage of Hours worked: Accruals will accumulate based on the rule outlined in this window and the combination of pay rates used.
  • Accrual Calculations
    • Yearly: Total Number of hours entitlement to RDO / TIL.
    • Hourly: Entitlement to RDO / TIL for every hour worked.
    • Weekly: Entitlement to RDO / TIL for every week worked.
    • Fortnightly: Entitlement to RDO / TIL for every fortnight worked.
    • Monthly: Entitlement to RDO / TIL for every month worked.
    • Weeks Per Year: Total Number of weeks entitlement to RDO / TIL.
