1. Click Awards & Agreements > Edit Awards & Agreements or
    Click Award & Agreements from the Side Bar.
  2. Select the Award or Agreement to edit (click once to highlight).
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Navigate to ‘Reminder to Change Award’ Setting.
  5. Select Prompt on;
    1. Anniversary of Birth.
    2. Anniversary of Date Hired.
    3. None.
    4. Specific Age: Enter the Years, Months and Days.
    5. Specific Years of Employment: Enter the Years, Months and Days.
  6. Click Save then Exit.
