Options Menu

The Options Menu allows you to set additional user options outside of Company

• Background Theme: Change from the e-PayDay® Logo to any solid colour of your choice.
• Play Sounds: Play Sounds upon start up of e-PayDay®, closing and opening windows and alerts.
• Prompt for Backup Path Change: If the backup location is changed, you have the option be prompted to save the new save location.
• Last Used Company List Limit: Limit the list of last used Companies available in the File Menu.
• Check for Updated using AutoUpdate: When Updates are released (eg. V17.40 to V17.41), it will be automatically downloaded for installation the next time e-PayDay® is opened.
• Close Open Databases before Backup: Close all open databases before a backup is completed.
• e-PayDay® Extensions
  • Extension Status: View the current status of the e-PayDay® Extensions you have included in your e-PayDay® Subscription.
  • Extension Options: Opens Company Preferences and allows you to set additional configurations for your e-PayDay® Extensions.
• Super File Format: Set your global Super File Format for all of your Companies in e-PayDay®.
• Configure GLOBAL SMTP Email Settings: Configure your global SMTP Email Settings for all of your Companies in e-PayDay®.
