This Alert is designed to display for two circumstances,
- an Employee has changed Pay Periods (e.g.Weekly to Monthly) part way through the Financial Year
- EOFY has not been completed correctly (YTD Balances still exist in the Employee MasterFile)
- To verify EOFY has been processed correctly, confirm all YTD Balances are $0.00 by following View Employees YTD Taxation Balances
If the Employee has changed Pay Periods (e.g.Weekly to Monthly) part way through the Financial Year
- Click Utilities > Payrunl.ini > Edit.
- Click Click Here to Edit/View/Print this file
- PAYRUNL.ini will open in Notepad
- Weekly:Delete everything after the comma on the FIRST line (eg.0,”“,#1999-11-03#,”“ is reduced to 0,”“,)
- Fortnightly: Delete everything after the comma on the SECOND line (eg.0,”“,#2018-11-08#,”“ is reduced to 0,”“,)
- Monthly: Delete everything after the comma on the THIRD line (eg.0,”“,#2002-06-06#,”“ is reduced to 0,”“,)
- Click File > Save > File > Exit.
- Click Utilities > Payrunl.ini then select Refresh.

If EOFY was not completed correctly
- Click File > Company > Government.
- Navigate to Financial Year Ending and select the relevant Financial Year (eg. 2022)
- Click Save then Exit.
- Click File > End of Financial Year > STEP 5 – Start the New Financial Year.
- Click YES Start the New Financial Year Ending 30/06/20XX if you have completed all of the End-Of-Year Steps.
- Click Click here to Continue.
- Choose the location to save your End-Of-Year Back up to (e.g. USB STICK or EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE).
- Click Save.
- Once the backup procedure has finished, the archive procedure will commence.
- Click Yes to Archive the current Financial Years Company Data.
- An alert will display: Archive finished the archive path is :- DATAPATHLOCATION
- Click Click here to Continue.
- An alert will display: Company Financial Year Changed to 20XX.
- Click Click here to Continue.
- An alert will display: X Employees data have been reset.
- Click Click here to Continue.
