- If not installed already, install SOAP 3.0 Toolkit
- Generate the Reference Report – Employees Only to obtain your Employees CLOCK ID to enter into the Bio-Clock
- Click Reports.
- Select Reference Report – Employees Only.
- Click Preview, Print or Export PDF.

- e-PayDay® Bio-Clock™ Terminal
- Click Menu.
- Enter the Admin Login.
- Login ID: A999
- Login Password: 1
- Click Add User.
- Select Add Fingerprint OR Add Smartcard.
- Add Fingerprint
- Enter EmpClock ID (Found on Reference Report – Employees Only)
- Click OK.
- Scan Employee’s fingerprint 3 times. (same finger each time)
- The Employee is now registered.
- Click Back.
- Click Automatch.
- Enter the User ID (EmpClock ID).
- Click OK.
- Add Smartcard instructions
- Enter EmpClock ID (Found on Reference Report – Employees Only)
- Place the smartcard over the scanner and wait for success to be displayed.
- e-PayDay® Bio-Clock™ Web Interface
- Log into e-PayDay® Bio-Clock™ Web Interface via IP Address.
- Login ID: A999
- Login Password: 1
- Select Login Level: Super Administrator
- Click View User List.
- Click User ID.
- Enter First & Last Name.
- Click Modify.
- Repeat as necessary.
