If your Company is not already open, Open your Company

Once your Company is open;

  1. Click UtilitiesRestore Date from Client.
  2. An alert will display: The Restore process will overwrite the current company data. Do you wish to continue?
  3. Choose the location of the back up you wish to restore (e.g. USB STICK or EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE).
  4. Click Open.
    1. If the Open Company does not match the Company details you are restoring, An alert will display: The selected Restore file does not match the currently open company. Please select an option.
      1. Select Create New Company.
      2. Click Click Here to Continue.
  5. Once the Backup has finished restoring, Open your Company
