Error : 339 – Component ‘XXX.ocx’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Download and Install e-PayDay® Version 24.00

*If Installing Version 24 again does not resolve the issue, please obtain assistance from an IT professional to complete the below steps

1. Access C:\Windows\SysWOW64 on your PC to confirm if the component X.OCX exists
   1. If the file exists in C:\Windows\SysWOW64
      1. Right-click on the OCX to select Copy
      2. Access C:\Windows\System32 to paste the copied .OCX

1. If the file DOES NOT EXIST in C:\Windows\SysWOW64,
   1. Access C:\Windows\System32 on your PC to confirm if the component X.OCX exists
      1. If the file exists in C:\Windows\System32
      2. Right-click on the OCX to select Copy
      3. Access C:\Windows\SysWOW64 to paste the copied .OCX

1. Right-Click the Windows Icon and select Search
2. Type cmd then press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER together.
3. Type regsvr32 xxxx.ocx
4. Click Enter
5. The ocx should now be registered.
