e-PayDay® Basic Pay Setup

  • Pay Setup – Basic
    • Pay Rates
      • Selected Pay Rates: Displays the corresponding Pay Rate ID for each type allocated to this employee. Each Pay Rate listed will be automatically loaded during a pay run.
      • Available Pay Rates: List of all ACTIVE Pay Rates which are available for selection.
    • Allowances
      • Selected Allowances: Displays the corresponding Allowance ID for each type allocated to this employee. Each Allowance listed will be automatically loaded during a pay run.
      • Available Allowances: List of all ACTIVE Allowances which are available for selection.
    • Deductions
      • Selected Deductions: Displays the corresponding Deductions ID for each type allocated to this employee. Each Deduction listed will be automatically loaded during a pay run.
      • Available Deductions: List of all ACTIVE Deductions which are available for selection.
    • Setup Variable Deduction: If Variable Deduction Amount for Employees is selected in the Deduction Pay Type, Setup Variable Deduction will be available for selection.
    • Cost Centres
      • Selected Cost Centres: Displays the corresponding Cost Centre ID for each type allocated to this employee. Each Cost Centre listed will be automatically loaded during a pay run.
      • Available Cost Centres: List of all ACTIVE Cost Centres which are available for selection.

  • Pay Setup – Advanced
    Advanced Pay Setup is a replication of the Employees Pay Envelope, which allows you to pre-set the Pay Rates, Allowances and Deductions as well as the rates and quantities for each.
