1. Ensure e-PayDay® is being run as Administrator
  2. Ensure you have FULL Read and Write access to the e-PayDay BE Folder

If both of the above conditions are met, you may need to restore the rollback (backup) created from before the pays were posted or in some instances, we may need to complete a manual restore for you.
