1. Click Awards & Agreements > New Award or Agreement or
    Click Award & Agreements from the Side Bar then click New.
  2. Select the Award from the drop-down menu. If there are no suitable options for your Employees
    1. Next to Award, click Edit (Pencil Icon).
    2. Click New.
    3. Enter the name of the Award or Agreement in Description. eg. Clerks Private Sector Award 2010.
    4. Click Save then Exit.
    5. You will then be able to select the new Award from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the Award/Agreement Classification. eg. Level 2, Year 2.
  4. In Type, select Full Time.
  5. In Hours, enter the maximum WEEKLY working hours.
  6. Enter the Hourly Rate in Per Hour.
  7. Click Superannuation.
    1. Enter the Employer SG percentage in SG ( % or $ ).
    2. Select SG on Salary Sacrifice as employees are entitled to earn Superannuation on their Concessional (Before Tax) Superannuation Contributions.
    3. Select SG on Annual Leave Loading if employees are entitled to accumulate Employer SG on the loading percentage (17.50%) when paid Annual Leave & Loading.

  8. Click Super Rules.
    1. Enter the applicable Employer SG rule/s in Rules – Weekly and/or Rules – Calendar Month as required.
  9. Click Accruals.
    1. Annual Leave
      1. Enter the Number of (Weeks) entitlement (eg. 4 Weeks as per the NES)
      2. If required, change the Accrual Method
    2. Personal Leave.
      1. Enter the (Days) entitlement for the First year of employment (eg. 10 Days as per the NES)
      2. Due to The Mondelez Decision, change the Accrual Method to Per Pay Period (Lump Sum)
      3. Enter the (Days) entitlement for the Thereafter years of employment (eg. 10 Days as per the NES)
      4. Due to The Mondelez Decision, change the Accrual Method to Per Pay Period (Lump Sum)
    3. Long Service Leave
      1. Enter both the Years and = Weeks entitlement of Long Service Leave.
      2. If required, change the Accrual Method
  10. Click Save then Exit.
