1. Click Employees > Edit Employees or
    Click Employees from the Side Bar.
  2. Select the employee to edit (click once to highlight).
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Pay Run.
  5. Navigate to Pay Location/Department.
  6. Click Edit (Pencil Icon).
  7. Click New.
  8. Enter the Pay Location, Account No, Acc. Job/Cost Code and Abbreviation as required.
  9. Click Save then Exit.
  10. Click Exit again to close the Employee Window.
