From 1 February 2023, employers with 15 or more employees will be required to provide their employees with 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave (FDVL) per year.
Due to the STP Phase 2 requirements and the development of our new payroll offering, e-PayDay Go, we will be unable to add the accrual rules in the Award/Agreement.
To cater to these requirements, we recommend the following
- Add a Family and Domestic Violence Leave Pay Rate
- Print the Pay Rates Report to display FDVL Payments to keep track of the total days paid.
