- Click File.
- Click Accounting Export (e-Port™).
- Click Export Data.
- Click Export.
- Select the required Database Table from the Select Database Table… drop-down menu.

- Under Available Database Fields, select the Database Field you wish to export then click >>Add>>, repeating for each database field you wish to export OR Click Add All to add all available database fields to the export.
- Once all the Database Fields are added to Export Field Order, click Browse to locate the file you wish to export to.
- Navigate to the location of the file you wish to export to.
- Rename from Example.txt to Export.csv
- Click Open.
- Click Save if you wish to automatically load this location for future exports OR Click Don’t Save to manually select a different location for each export.
- Click Settings.
- Under Fields, select Field Name Header and No Delimiter.
- Under Field Separator, select Comma.
- Under Date Order, select DD/MM/YYYY.
- Click OK.
- To begin exporting, click Export.
- Once the export has completed, click to continue then Exit.
