- Click Employees > Edit Employees or
Click Employees from the Side Bar. - Select the employee to edit (click once to highlight).
- Click Edit and update the following information as required,
- Employee Code
- Surname.
- Given Names.
- Alternate Name (If the employee is known as any other name)
- Address.
- Suburb/City.
- State.
- Post Code.
- Country.
- Birthdate.
- Gender (Sex).
- No. of Dependent Children
- Spouse
- Click Employment and update the following information as required,
- Date Hired
- Click Cessation and update the following information as required,
- Cessation Date
- Click Taxation and update the following information as required,
- TFN / ABN
- Click HR.
- Update the following information as required,
- Contact *Phone Number
- e-Mail Address
- Click Save then Exit.
