1. Click Employees > Edit Employees or
    Click Employees from the Side Bar.
  2. Select the employee to edit (click once to highlight).
  3. Click Edit and update the following information as required,
    1. Employee Code
    2. Surname.
    3. Given Names.
    4. Alternate Name (If the employee is known as any other name)
    5. Address.
    6. Suburb/City.
    7. State.
    8. Post Code.
    9. Country.
    10. Birthdate.
    11. Gender (Sex).
    12. No. of Dependent Children
    13. Spouse
  4. Click Employment and update the following information as required,
    1. Date Hired
  5. Click Cessation and update the following information as required,
    1. Cessation Date
  6. Click Taxation and update the following information as required,
    1. TFN / ABN
  7. Click HR.
  8. Update the following information as required,
    1. Contact *Phone Number
    2. e-Mail Address
  9. Click Save then Exit.
