Reason 1The Username and/or Password entered has been mistyped in the software

  1. Start by checking your login details
    1. Click File > Company > Government.
    2. Click STP Info then Click here to Add/Edit STP Reporting Information
    3. Click Edit.
    4. Your password will now be displayed. Leave this window open.
  2. Test your Login Details on SuperChoice’s Website
    1. Click Tax > STP > STP Customer Dashboard.
    2. Attempt to log in with the Username and Password stored in STP Reporting Information.
    3. If these details do not allow you to log in, please reset your password and update in STP Reporting Information.

Reason 2The Username and Password are incorrect as you have not registered with SuperChoice.

  1. Register with SuperChoice here
  2. Update your login details
    1. Click File > Company > Government.
    2. Click STP Info then Click here to Add/Edit STP Reporting Information
    3. Click Edit.
    4. Update the Username (e-Mail Address) and/or Password as required.
    5. Click Save then Exit to close STP Info then click Exit to close the Company window.
