Reason 1 – The Username and/or Password entered has been mistyped in the software
- Start by checking your login details
- Click File > Company > Government.
- Click STP Info then Click here to Add/Edit STP Reporting Information
- Click Edit.
- Your password will now be displayed. Leave this window open.
- Test your Login Details on SuperChoice’s Website
- Click Tax > STP > STP Customer Dashboard.
- Attempt to log in with the Username and Password stored in STP Reporting Information.
- If these details do not allow you to log in, please reset your password and update in STP Reporting Information.
Reason 2 – The Username and Password are incorrect as you have not registered with SuperChoice.
- Register with SuperChoice here
- Update your login details
- Click File > Company > Government.
- Click STP Info then Click here to Add/Edit STP Reporting Information
- Click Edit.
- Update the Username (e-Mail Address) and/or Password as required.
- Click Save then Exit to close STP Info then click Exit to close the Company window.
