1. Start by downloading and installing e-PayDay® Version 22.00.
  2. Enter your Software Serial Number (SSN) and load your Licence, Using e-PayDay® FREEPAY, skip this step!.

If you wish to re-enter your pay runs from 1st July

  1. Add your Company,
  2. Add your Employees Awards & Agreements (Rates, Rules and Employment Conditions)
  3. Add your Employees Superannuation Funds
  4. Add ALL Employees that need to be reported.
  5. Enter the Accrual Balances from 1 July for each of your Employees
  6. Back Up your e-PayDay® Data.
  7. Register your Company,
  8. Enter your Company Registration Key.
  9. Re-proces the ‘missing’ pay runs exactly as they originally occurred.

Once your Pay Runs are up to date

  1. Deactivate any Allowances and Deductions that you do not use.
  2. Ensure all Pay Runs that may be currently active have been posted or undone.
  3. Obtain your previous BMS ID from the Business Portal
  4. Enable STP by setting your Electronic Transfer Option to STP (SuperChoice) and entering your Company information (Including the BMS ID your obtained from the Business Portal)
  5. IF YOU STILL HAVE ACTIVE ALLOWANCES AND DEDUCTIONS
    1. Allocate STP Codes to each of your Allowances and Deductions.
    2. Preform an update for your Employees Allowance and Deduction YTD STP Balances
    3. Review your Employees Allowance and Deduction YTD STP Balances to ensure they updated correctly.
  6. Process an STP Health Check to ensure there are no issues with your Employees.

If you wish to enter YTD Balances

  1. Add your Company,
  2. Add your Employees Awards & Agreements (Rates, Rules and Employment Conditions)
  3. Add your Employees Superannuation Funds
  4. Add ALL Employees that need to be reported.
  5. Enter ALL YTD Information that is required for STP reporting, Including the Tax File Declaration (if required) AND Leave Accrual Balances.
  6. Obtain your previous BMS ID from the Business Portal
  7. Enter your information for Single Touch Payroll Reporting.
  8. Back Up your e-PayDay® Data.
  9. Register your Company,
  10. Enter your Company Registration Key.
