Reminders / Notes allow you to record an entry to be displayed on a set date to complete a certain action (eg. EOM Reports and Superannuation Payment Due)

Access to Reminders / Notes is available through the File Menu.

Company Reminders and Notes

The Reminders / Notes Window contains the following options;

  • New: Set up a new Reminder / Note.
  • Edit: Edit an existing Reminder / Note.
  • Delete: Delete an existing Reminder / Note.
  • Undo: Undo any unsaved changes.
  • Save: Save a new Reminder / Note or to save changes to an existing Reminder / Note.
  • Exit: Close Reminders / Notes.
  • Due Date: Reminder / Note alert date.
  • Actioned: Ticked = Yes, Unticked = No.
  • Details: Details for the Reminder / Note.
  • User: Prefilled when New is clicked.
