Reminders / Notes allow you to record an entry to be displayed on a set date to complete a certain action (eg. EOM Reports and Superannuation Payment Due)
Access to Reminders / Notes is available through the File Menu.
The Reminders / Notes Window contains the following options;
- New: Set up a new Reminder / Note.
- Edit: Edit an existing Reminder / Note.
- Delete: Delete an existing Reminder / Note.
- Undo: Undo any unsaved changes.
- Save: Save a new Reminder / Note or to save changes to an existing Reminder / Note.
- Exit: Close Reminders / Notes.
- Due Date: Reminder / Note alert date.
- Actioned: Ticked = Yes, Unticked = No.
- Details: Details for the Reminder / Note.
- User: Prefilled when New is clicked.

- Actioned
- Not Actioned
- Show in Descending Date Order: Display alerts in Descending Date Order.
