1. Click Employees > Edit Employees or
    Click Employees from the Side Bar.
  2. Select the employee to edit (click once to highlight).
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Superannuation.
  5. Navigate to Superannuation Fund or Member Super Fund as required.
  6. Click on the drop-down arrow and select the OLD Super Fund.
  7. If there are any unpaid contributions, an alert will display: Superannuation details for the employee have been changed. Do you wish to update any Superannuation details for any unpaid contributions?
  8. Click Yes.
  9. Navigate to Superannuation Fund or Member Super Fund and update AGAIN as required.
  10. Click on the drop-down arrow and select the NEW Super Fund.
  11. If there are any unpaid contributions, an alert will display: Superannuation details for the employee have been changed. Do you wish to update any Superannuation details for any unpaid contributions?
  12. Click Yes.
  13. Click Exit.
  14. The Employee’s outstanding contributions should now be listed under the correct Superannuation Fund.
