SBR2 will display all submissions waiting to be sent to the ATO, previous submissions that the ATO may have responded to, the Company Name that the file is for and the unique ID for the transaction.
Send is displayed when an STP event has been created BUT not yet sent via SBR2.
Waiting is displayed once the file has been sent to the ATO, and a response could be available.
Please make note whether it was a Send or Waiting submission that failed, then lodge a Support Request here to obtain assistance with this error.
