Error Info :- 3021 – Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.
The below error is presented when importing the FAST-Pay File due to a incorrect Pay Rate, Allowance or Deduction DBID being used.
Most commonly, this relates to a Cessation (Termination) Pay Rate being included in the file.
Please correct the Pay Rate, Allowance or Deduction DBID then attempt to Reproves the Pay Run with the FAST-Pay File
The Following Reports can be used to locate the Pay Type Database ID which needs to be used in your Time and Attendance Solution.
