1. Click File.
  2. Click Accounting Export (e-Port™).
  3. Click Export Data.
  4. Click Export.
  5. Select the required Database Table from the Select Database Table… drop-down menu.

    16. Employee FBT Types Table
    17. Employee FBT Table
    18. Employee Termination Warnings Table
    19. Payroll Messages Table
    20. Payroll Reminder Table
  6. Under Available Database Fields, select the Database Field you wish to export then click >>Add>>, repeating for each database field you wish to export OR Click Add All to add all available database fields to the export.
  7. Once all the Database Fields are added to Export Field Order, click Browse to locate the file you wish to export to.
  8. Navigate to the location of the file you wish to export to.
  9. Rename from Example.txt to Export.csv
  10. Click Open.
  11. Click Save if you wish to automatically load this location for future exports OR Click Don’t Save to manually select a different location for each export.
  12. Click Settings.
    1. Under Fields, select Field Name Header and No Delimiter.
    2. Under Field Separator, select Comma.
    3. Under Date Order, select DD/MM/YYYY.
  13. Click OK.
  14. To begin exporting, click Export.
  15. Once the export has completed, click to continue then Exit.
