6.4.2 Selecting Features on Map

Features can be selected on map. To select features:

1. Click the Select button in GIS tab.
2. Click the feature on the map. The outline of the selected feature will be changed.
3. To add other features to the selection, hold the CTRL key and click on the feature.
4. To select features in a rectangle, drag to draw the rectangle on the map.
   

Similar as in Schematic View, certain hydrologic objects can be selected by using the Selection context menu. These menus are described in 6.3.

For hydrological object layers, the hydrologic objects are also selected if the corresponding features are selected.
