11.2.1.2.3. Analytic Data Tab

In the Analytic Data tab, users can define the metrics and data that will be used to track and analyze the task’s performance.

*By defining metrics such as time and cost estimates for task completion, users can generate reports to evaluate the organization’s activities and overall performance.

1. Response Duration: This is a text field that allows users to input the time (in minutes) taken to respond to the task.
2. Has Analytic Data: This is a checkbox which, if selected, allows users to indicate that there is available data for the chosen analytics.
3. Predicted Operative Time: This is a text field that allows users to input the estimated amount of time it will take to complete the task (i.e., the time interval between the creation of the task and its completion).
4. Predicted Time: This is a text field that allows users to input the remaining time for the task.
5. Predicted Cost Per Hour: This is a text field that allows users to input the estimated cost for each hour of work required to complete the task, taking into account real-life forecasting.
   • When inputting this value, users should consider the cost imposed on the organization per hour of work remaining in the task list
6. Predicted Operative Cost Per Hour: This is a text field that allows users to input the estimated cost incurred for each hour during which work is stopped or delayed.
   • When inputting this value, users should consider the cost imposed on the organization per hour of productive work.
