In the Advanced tab, users can define the advanced properties of the event.

  1. Entity: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of entities (from the Entity Designer section of the Entities module). It allows users to select the entity associated with the event. It is a mandatory field.
  2. Form Behavior: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of form behaviors (from the Form Behavior section of the Forms module). It allows users to select the form behavior associated with the event.
  3. Access: In this section, users can manage access to the event.
    • Access By Principal Task: This is a checkbox which, if selected, allows for the event to be visible in the form.
      • If this checkbox is left unselected, the event will only be visible to the receivers (users/roles/groups) added in the field.
    • : This button allows users to add a new receiver.
      • It will display the Receivers window, from which users can select the specific receiver.
      • Once a receiver has been added, it will populate the field.
    • : This button allows users to remove a receiver.
  4. Button Color: This field allows users to set the color of the button.
    • If selected, it will display the Select Color window, in which users can access a color picker.
    • In the DBP web application, the button representing the event will take on the selected color.
  5. Button Color on Mouse Hover: This field allows users to set the color of the button when a mouse hovers over it.
    • If selected, it will display the Select Color window, in which users can access a color picker.
    • In the DBP web application, the button representing the event will take on the selected color when the user interacts with it.
    • If a button color has not been selected yet, this field will remain disabled.
  1. Set Default Color: This field allows users to reset the button color to its default state, removing the mouse hover color as well.
    • In the DBP web application, the button representing the event will take on the default color.
    • If a button color has not been selected yet, this field will remain disabled.
