In the Form Categories section of this module, users can create a hierarchical structure of categories to organize and store their forms in the DBP web application.

To manage form categories in the program, take the following steps:

  1. From the Application Tree, navigate to Forms > Form Categories (double-click to open). It will display the Form Categories tab and expand the menu bar to show additional options.
  1. From the menu bar, select the desired option.
    • Add: This button allows users to add a new form category.
      • If selected, it will generate a new category at the bottom of the list, which can then be customized and defined according to the user’s preferences.

    • Remove: This button allows users to remove an existing form category.
      • To use this function, first select a form category from the list.
    • Apply: This button allows users to save their changes.
    • Apply and Close: This button allows users to close the Form Categories tab.
    • Refresh: This button allows users to refresh the Form Categories tab.
    • Close: This button allows users to close the Form Categories tab.
