In the WebService Connector window, users can create a new connection to an external web service.

  1. Code: This is a text field that allows users to input the code for the web service connection.
  2. Title: This is a text field that allows users to input a title for the web service connection.
  3. Description: This is a text field that allows users to provide a description of the web service connection.
  4. URL: This is a text field that allows users to input the URL of the external web service to which the connection will be established.
  5. Application Name: This field automatically displays the name of the application to which the web service connection is associated.
  6. Table Name: This is a text field that allows users to specify the name of the table or entity associated with the web service connection.
  7. Event ID: This is a text field that allows users to input the ID of the event associated with the web service connection.
  8. User ID: This is a text field that allows users to input the ID of the user associated with the web service connection.
  9. Task Type ID: This is a text field that allows users to input the ID of the task type associated with the web service connection.
  10. Active: This is a checkbox which, if selected, allows users to mark the web service connection as active.
    • An active connection is available and operational within the application.
  11. By Tracking: This is a checkbox which, if selected, allows users to categorize the web service connection by tracking criteria.
  12. By Task Type: This is a checkbox which, if selected, allows users to categorize the web service connection by task type.
    • If this checkbox is selected, it will enable the Task Type ID field and disable the By Tracking field.
