14.3. KPI BAM

In the KPI BAM section of this module, users can view a list of key performance indicators for a specific business process or activity in the application.

*KPI = Key Performance Indicator / BAM = Business Activity Monitoring

To manage KPIs in the application, take the following steps:

1. From the Application Tree, navigate to Entities > KPI BAM (double-click to open). It will display the KPI BAM tab and expand the menu bar to show additional options.
   

*In this tab, users can access a list of all defined KPIs in the application. For guidance on how to manipulate the data presented in this tab, click here.

2. From the menu bar, select the desired option.
   
   • Edit : This button allows users to edit the properties of an existing KPI.
     • If selected, it will display the KPI Properties window. In this version of the window, however, all fields are populated with previously inputted information.
     • To use this function, first select a KPI from the list.
   • Refresh : This button allows users to refresh the KPI BAM tab.
   • Close: This button allows users to close the KPI BAM tab.

*This list includes KPIs that are relevant to monitoring the performance of a process or activity. Users can edit the KPIs in the list to customize them to their specific needs.
