Issue: When clicking on a folder in the DBP web application, an error message appears stating “You don’t have permission to access the form.”
Solution: To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Go to the Home Setup form of the DBP web application.
- This form can be accessed from the Facilities menu.
- Locate the menu item associated with the folder.
- Verify that the Is Container Menu checkbox is selected

- Save the menu item.
By selecting the Is Container Menu checkbox, you should now have the necessary permissions to access the form within the folder.
