Working With Opportunities

All Open Opportunities in your name – created by or assigned to you – are listed on the Opportunities home screen. Click the Opportunity ID to see its details. Those past Close Date are highlighted in red. There is a Quick Link against every Opportunity to create a follow-up Activity for the same.

The Team Open Opportunities link shows all open Opportunities for the Team as a whole, including yourself.

You can also use the Search filters to list only Opportunities of high importance, a specific Status or requiring a specific Next Step.
