Receive Goods Back Into Stock

Once you accept the return, a Receive Return link is created with a corresponding Shipment ID on the Return Header tab.

On this tab, you can add warranty costs if any and reason for return.

Toggle to the Edit tab to update the Estimated arrival date or vehicle number of the carrier

On clicking the Receive Return link, the Receive Return tab opens. You may still change the quantity on this screen. If need be, you can change the receiving facility, or else the facility already tagged will be used. The item will be finally received when you click the Receive Selected Product(s) button.

This completes the return process. The Shipments page will show the updated status for the shipment
