Shipping Details

You need to add the shipping-related information on this screen. In the first section, you can choose a Bill-To Address, different from the customer’s primary address, if required.

Shipping details are captured under Ship Groups. Ship Group 1 is shown by default, more can be added if required (refer detailed explanation of the concept on the next page)

Choose the ‘Ship from Facility’, which will be one of your own warehouses and the ‘Ship to Address’, which will be one the customer’s shipping addresses set up in the Party Master as already highlighted. Choose the Shipping Method, from the pre-defined set.This is for information of the warehouse staff only.

Earliest and latest shipping dates for the order, if any, can be added as ‘Ship Before Date’ and ‘ Ship After Date’.

You can add any internal notes, shipping notes or special instructions for the order, to make sure that the order is processed and shipped correctly.

Click Continue to move to the Order Items tab
