Add Items To Quote

Click the Quote Items tab to add items to the Quote. Items have to added one after the other. You must choose the Facility on which the Quote is being made. The ‘Available to promise’ and ‘Quantity on hand’ for the item selected will be shown alongside, for the Facility chosen.

You can offer a discount on every item at a flat rate on the Unit Price or at a fixed amount. Enter the value in against Discount. Order-level discount, if any, can be entered on the Quote Information tab.

Quote UOM, i.e, the UOM used on the Quote, can be different from the regular stock-keeping UOM. For instance, if the stock-keeping UOM is Tons, you can still choose Kilograms as the Quote UOM.

After adding items, click Update to save the items to the Quote.
