Physical Inventory

You can update the physical inventory of all Products available with the Facility on this screen, following a stock take. You can also use this screen to simply write-off or write-up stocks at any time, owing to losses, damages or recoveries. Choose the Product, if you want to filter by Product.

To match the stock-on-hand (QOH) in the system with the physical QOH, enter the variance as a +/- number in the QOH field. If the physical stock is higher, enter a +ve number. For instance, if the Product QOH in the system is 80 and actual physical stock is 82, enter 2 as the variance. If actual physical stock is lower, enter a -ve variance. You must provide a variance reason from the list and the Department concerned

Click Submit at the bottom of the screen to save the changes.
