Convert Quote To P.O

Once a Quote is accepted, the Create Order link gets activated.

The Quote gets converted to a Purchase Order when you click the link.

Note that the approving authority – Purchase Manager – has been automatically assigned to the Order in the role of ‘Request Taker’.

The Order Items will show the Quote approval comment

*The PO is auto-approved as no workflow has been defined for the Order type: Normal. Click Show History to see the workflow history
