Money receivable from customers in most businesses would be significant, if they offer trade credit as a normal business practice. In the case of ecommerce companies and healthcare providers, a large part of the sales or provision of services are paid for in advance and hence, the share of Receivables will be small.

CREST ERP offers a full-fledged Accounts Receivable module that lets you have all information you need to manage Receivables efficiently. Accounts Receivable is essentially a sub-ledger of the General Ledger, with transactions related to sales and customer receipts neatly separated from the General Ledger.
