Copying BOM While Duplicating a Product

When you duplicate a Product from the Product Master, in the Catalogs module, you will be presented with various options, as shown below

If the Assocs (for Associations) option is checked, the product’s BOMs will also be copied. In this case, the original product 108941-1, which is being duplicated, has a MBOM of its own. Therefore, in the duplicated product, the MBOM also gets copied.

*When duplicating a product, check if it has got any BOM associated with it on the Associations tab. Copying the BOM while duplicating will save you the effort of adding it manually afterwards.
