Review A Quote

CREST CRM allows you to review a Quote and

• Accept/Approve it
• Reject it
• Complete it, i.e., Convert directly into a Sales Order

You can access a quote by means of a Search on the Quotes home page. You can use the Status filter as the primary filter, in addition to the other filters.

For example, if you want to list Quotes pending approval, their status can be ‘Created’ or ‘Amended’.
