A saved Lead form has the following sections, some of which are filled in while creating the Lead itself, while the others get filled in during the Lead’s lifecycle.

Header
This is only the information you had provided when creating the Lead. Click the Edit link on the top if you want to make changes. All header details are editable. You can assign the Lead to another team member by choosing a different user against Assign To.
Related Accounts
You can link existing Parties to the lead using the New Related Accounts link on the top of this section. This information will be helpful while prospecting for new business
Notes
Use this to record any tips or other useful hints that may help sales closure
Party Content
You can attach any content related to the Lead
Activities
You will see all sales-related Activities for this Lead in this section. Click the Create Activity link on the top of this section to set up or record a new Activity for the Lead. This will open the Calendar Activity screen under the Activities tab of the CRM module. Refer Lead Activities to know more
Account
This panel shows the Accounts to which this Contact has been linked. However, you cannot link an Account from here.
Opportunities
All Opportunities recorded for this Lead will be shown in this section
